We collect only data you voluntarily provide when making a booking or inquiry: • Full name • Email address • Phone number (optional) • Journey details (route, date, flight number) If Google Analytics is active, we may collect anonymous technical data (IP address, device type, browser language) for website improvement purposes. Google Analytics does not record personal data.

• Booking data: 5 years (obligation under the Croatian Accounting Act, NN 78/15). • Analytics data: per Google's policy (up to 14 months). • Email correspondence: until withdrawn or deleted upon your request.
